By clicking "I Agree" and completing your purchase, you (the "Client") are entering into a legally binding agreement with Linda Raynier ("Provider") under the laws of the Province of Ontario.

1. The Program & Access

  • Scope: Enrollment grants you a 12-month membership to Linda Raynier’s digital career education library and proprietary curriculum.

  • Live Coaching: Your membership includes access to bi-weekly live group coaching sessions hosted by Linda Raynier via Zoom.

    • Note: While Linda intends to host all sessions personally, the schedule may adjust due to professional limitations. Advance notice of any changes will be provided via the program calendar.

    • You acknowledge that these sessions are recorded for the benefit of the student library and for the Provider’s internal and external use as outlined in Section 9.

  • Duration: Access is granted for exactly 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12 months, access will expire unless a renewal option is offered and accepted.

2. Payment & Fees

  • Payment Plans: If you have selected a monthly installment plan, you agree to make all fixed payments on time.

  • Commitment: By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are committing to the full 12-month fee. Failure to complete payments may result in immediate suspension of access to the portal, AI tools, and live calls.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

By policy, we do not accept refund requests on the sale of digital goods or online course products unless expressly stated on a specific sales page. * The Digital Nature of the Product: Unlike physical goods, digital products and online courses cannot be "returned." Once access is granted, the value is consumed. A return represents a total loss to the Provider.

  • Execution & Responsibility: Our courses provide the techniques and skills for career growth, but the "hard work" of implementation remains with you. Success is dependent on your execution.

  • Our Commitment: We obsess over the quality of our material and regularly update content to help you achieve your goals.

  • Resolution: Instead of a refund, we invite you to engage: attend Q&A sessions, ask questions, and email [email protected] with any unforeseen circumstances. We will work with you in good faith to resolve issues, but refunds remain at the sole discretion of the Provider.

4. Intellectual Property & Personal Use License

All materials (videos, templates, resumes, cover letter frameworks) are the exclusive property of Linda Raynier.

  • License: You are granted a single, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.

  • Restrictions: You may not share your login, sell, record, or redistribute any materials. Specifically, you may not use Linda’s proprietary frameworks to provide career coaching or consulting services to third parties.

5. AI Tools Usage (EULA)

The Program includes access to proprietary AI-driven career tools.

  • Nature of Output: Outputs from these tools (e.g., meeting scripts) are generated by machine-learning models. They are intended as a draft starting point only.

  • No Guarantee: Linda Raynier does not guarantee the accuracy or "market readiness" of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and finalizing any documents before using them in a professional capacity.

  • Prohibition: You may not use these tools to train your own AI models or "scrape" data for commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimer & Earnings

  • No Career Guarantees: While Linda Raynier’s strategies are designed to improve your career prospects, the Provider does not guarantee specific job offers, salary increases, or promotions. Your results depend on your background, effort, and external market conditions.

  • Professional Advice: The Program is for educational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or psychological advice.

7. Conduct & Termination

We maintain a professional and supportive environment. Linda Raynier reserves the right to terminate your access without a refund if:

  • You are disruptive or disrespectful during live Zoom calls or in community spaces.

  • You share your login credentials with others.

  • You violate the intellectual property restrictions.

8. Dispute Resolution (Ontario)

  • Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

  • Arbitration: Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario.

  • Consumer Rights: Nothing in this agreement is intended to limit your non-waivable rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act.

9. Media Release & Recording Consent

By participating in the bi-weekly live coaching sessions, you acknowledge and agree to the following regarding your privacy and the use of your likeness:

  • Recording of Sessions: You understand that all live sessions are recorded. These recordings are made available to other members of the program within the digital library.

  • Use of Face and Name: You grant Linda Raynier the right to use your visual likeness (your face as it appears on camera) and your first name in marketing, promotional, or educational materials (such as social media posts, website testimonials, or advertisements).

  • Voice Protection: Notwithstanding the above, the Provider agrees that your actual voice/audio recording will never be used in external marketing or promotional materials without your express, additional permission.

  • Opt-out: If you do not wish for your face to be recorded or used in this manner, you must keep your camera turned off during live sessions and use the chat function for questions.
